We accept credit card orders with Visa, and Mastercard,
as well as credit card orders through PAYPAL. We also
accept payments by check or money order. Our shopping cart
will give you the option to print out your order and mail
it.

Our shopping cart is very easy to use, just make your

and you can check out from there when you are finished

If you are placing an order via snail mail, PLEASE EMAIL

our mailing address. Orders paid by personal checks
will be shipped once the check has cleared- usually 7-10

stored on this site nor on our computers. Your

All mosaic pieces are shipped fully insured via UPS
Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. KEEP IN MIND THAT UPS WILL
NOT SHIP TO A PO BOX. Items will be shipped within 5
business days from the day the order is placed.

Rush delivery is available. Please inquire via email to
ORDERS@GMmosaic.com, include the item(s) you are
interested in to discuss shipping options and prices.

DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY:
If your item is damaged in any way when you receive it,
please contact us immediately. We all know that the
hardworking people that deliver to you, the loyal,
paying customer, aren't always gentle with packages.
The sooner we are notified, the sooner we can work to
resolve the problem.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order
it may be returned for a refund, minus the shipping cost
both ways. (We are confident you will just love your
Gemini Moon Mosaic.) Returns MUST be made within one

galleries within 14 days of receiving your order. You

The shipping and handling charge on orders totaling more
than $150.00 will be calculated according to the weight
and destination of the item(s). We will contact you via
email with the total.

Shipping on furniture pieces will also be based on the
size and weight of the piece and we will contact you by
email to discuss both cost and shipping options for these
larger, heavier pieces.
